ALMENDROS RIEGO, OLIVOS, USO RECREATIVO
RESERVADA F255 Se vende finca en el término municipal de Somontín de almendros y algunos olivos en regadío por goteo, con una superficie de 13.367 m². El acceso es asfaltado hasta pie de finca, a 1 km de distancia del pueblo. La finca está abancalada, a una altitud media de 750 metros, y plantada de almendros en regadío por goteo de las variedades desmayo y marcona, algunos almendros se han sustituido por olivos. Además, cuenta la finca con un embalse que almacena el agua para el riego por goteo, siendo éste, de muros de tierra de unos 1.000 m³ de capacidad y vallado de protección, también, dispone de una almacén que alberga el cabezal de riego, de estructura de muros de carga con cerramientos de bloque de hormigón y cubierta de vigas y bovedillas y carpintería metálica. La finca se riega con agua de la Comunidad de regantes. 30-11.
